For the last several weeks, I've been trying to catch some decent houses with my clients, yet we haven't had any luck. :( Recently, we've gone to multiple offers events, only to see that the houses my clients liked went to someone else... And I wouldn't say that my clients lacked funding.
If you are a seller and your property happened to be located in a nice area, you would be able to command the price and conditions, or not to have any on buyer's offer, if you know what I mean.
If you are a buyer, your best bet to get what you want is to get the mortgage approval first and have the house inspected before you submit an offer.
I keep my moods and hopes high, as we are approaching Christmas holidays, which means less buyers on the market, but others will still need to sell.
